Clothing Label Tutorial

After searching for a reasonable price for clothing labels and not being able to find any in my price range I decided to make my own. I have tried many tutorials and most of them failed. After many tests and failed attempts I have finally figured out how to make the best clothing labels, ones that do not fade easily and stay put.. So here it is :)

Here is what you need

1. Sew on Transfer paper
2. Sewable Heat N Bond
3. Scissors or paper cuter
4. Ink jet printer
5. Fray Check (optional but highly recommended)
6.Iron
7. Blow dryer (optional)

Make your design on a word document I used my logo but you can just type in your shop name.

Print it out make sure it is on the right side of the paper (the fabric side)

Take the paper of the back of your fabric and run under water for 30 sec.

Dry your fabric.

Cut Heat n Bond a little smaller then your fabric.

Iron your Heat And Bond on the back of fabric

Cut them out and store them.

Ready to use them?

Remove heat and bond paper from the back

Apply Fray Check around edges.

Iron to fabric (no steam).

Sew around clothing label.

Yay your done :)

Next I will show you how to do a side clothing labels sewn in the seam!

Don't want to make them..... I sell them http://www.facebook.com/cutelittleyoubowtique  Just email   me  cutelittleyou@yahoo.com :) They are $15 for a set of about 45 depending on the size of your name/logo or $20 to use your logo!
