After many tests and failed attempts I have finally figured out how to make the best clothing labels, ones that do not fade easily and stay put.. So here it is :)
Here is what you need

Make your design on a word document I used my logo but you can just type in your shop name.
Print it out make sure it is on the right side of the paper (the fabric side)
Take the paper of the back of your fabric and run under water for 30 sec.
Dry your fabric.
Cut Heat n Bond a little smaller then your fabric.
Iron your Heat And Bond on the back of fabric
Cut them out and store them.
Ready to use them?
Remove heat and bond paper from the back
Apply Fray Check around edges.
Iron to fabric (no steam).
Sew around clothing label.
Yay your done :)
